How to Build an Instagram Content Calendar That Sticks

A content calendar doesn't need to be complicated to work — it needs to be consistent enough that you never have a 'what do I post today' moment.

A simple weekly structure

Monday: Educational or how-to content (Reel). Wednesday: Behind-the-scenes or process content (Reel or carousel). Friday: Community or relatable content (Reel). Sunday: Recap or highlight carousel.

Batch-creating a week or two of content in one sitting removes the daily pressure to come up with something on the spot, which is where most posting consistency breaks down.

A calendar solves the 'what to post' problem. It doesn't solve the 'who sees it' problem — that's a separate, and for most accounts, bigger challenge that requires dedicated reach-building.
